Myriad's work experience includes working as a Technical Program Manager for a large technical, software company. By leveraging productive tools, data projections - we were able to set cloud deployment milestones and successful convert a large amount of deployments.

Projections: Forecasted compliance rates, estimated SKU and VM deployment shifts, and analyzed publisher adoption trends to guide migration efforts.
Roadmaps: Established phased enforcement timelines, balancing stakeholder engagement with compliance enforcement.
Agile Methodologies: Enabled iterative improvements based on feedback loops, streamlining stakeholder collaboration.
Gantt Charts: Provided structured project planning, tracking dependencies and critical deadlines.
Ticketing Bugs: Addressed critical blockers such as driver signing issues, image hygiene, and deployment failures, ensuring timely resolutions.
Communication Platforms: Facilitated seamless coordination between Linux publishers (3PPs), and Azure security enforcement teams.
Enforced Actions: Implemented AzCertify nudges, initiated image tagging enforcement, phased out outdated SKUs, and mandated Trusted Launch for new deployments.
Outcome
These strategic measures collectively resulted in the successful migration of over 300 first-party (1P) operating systems to Azure Security, with a successful conversion rate of 97%. This strengthened compliance and security across the ecosystem.
