Refund Policy

At Myriad, we are committed to providing exceptional professional and tutoring services that align with your expectations and our mutual agreements. Transparency and reliability are at the heart of how we operate.

Professional Services

Refunds on professional services are available only under the following conditions:

The work was not completed in a timely manner, as outlined in the initial agreement.
The final deliverables did not meet the conditions agreed upon at the outset.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the project milestone or completion date in question. Once services are completed according to agreed terms, they are non-refundable.

Tutoring Services

All tutoring sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
To receive a refund on the remaining balance, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged in full.
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty—after that, rescheduling is not guaranteed.
